We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, slight variations in color, packaging, or appearance may occur.

All products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we reserve the right to cancel or delay the order.

Products are intended for personal use only and not for resale without our permission.

3. Orders & Payments

Orders can be placed only through our official website.

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s). We reserve the right to accept or reject any order.

Prices are displayed in pkr or as per your region and may include/exclude applicable taxes.

Payments must be made through our secure payment gateways (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Wallets, Net Banking, etc.).

In case of payment failure or suspected fraudulent activity, we may cancel the order without notice.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

Delivery timelines depend on the customer’s location and courier service.

We are not responsible for delays due to courier companies, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. We will not be held liable for failed delivery due to incorrect information.

5. Return, Refund & Cancellation

Due to the nature of our products (perfumes, attars, and personal care items), returns are strictly limited.

Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to qualify for return.

Refunds are processed only after inspection and approval of the returned product.

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours if not shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
